Enrolment Policy

To enroll a child in the school parents/guardians must first register for an enrolment form.

This ” Registration Form”  is available to download on this website – simply go to the “Categories Section”  on the right hand side of the homepage. (It is a drop down menu) Click on “Admin” and the form is located under the picture of the guide dog!

Once this form is completed return it to the school with a S.A E if a receipt is required.  The school will then contact all registered families in the October before the year that the child is due to start sending them an application form at this stage.
