Who are the National Parents Council

Primary?


National Parents Council Primary (NPC) is the nationwide organisation representing parents of children attending early and primary education.
NPC is recognised by the Government and the Education Act 1998 as the body representing you as parents.

The Special Education Group has been part of the National Parents Council - Primary since its foundation and is a representative group for parents of children with special needs attending Special Schools.
